Eyes: Blue, believe it or not. They look pretty dead black though.
Hair: Gray/Silver
Medical Info: Has a scar from a bullet on his forehead, along with two on his chest.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Anything! Just be ready for a comeback. Even if it's fourth walling.
Abilities: THERE IS A LIST;
-Telepathy (Includes mind-reading)
-Telekinesis
-Teleportation
-Psychometry (Reading object to know how to use them or learn things about them, works on people too)
-Hypnosis (Used to force people to think/see what he wants them too)
-Illusions (Making himself look like someone else, making someone ELSE look like someone else, etc)
He has also altered memories from time to time, well enough that it's impossible to tell he did so.
Also, it is safe to assume that at almost all times he is levitating.
Notes for the Psychics: HAHA good luck. He has barriers upon barriers of barriers of mental defenses.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Feel free! Don't expect him to just take it though.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent contact: Haha why would you-- I mean go ahead, really.
Fighting: He doesn't hold back at all if you're not an esper, so miiiight wanna let me know if fighting to the death is okay. Though he may just fuck with your head instead, so.
Killing/maiming: I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY.
Cooking: Probably knows how to make any meal he'd ever want, just always makes other people do it. |

So! Hyobu is a esper! One who really likes to mess with people.
And this is really going to be a case-by-case basis as to the effects for hypno but this is in general so--
Can Hyobu;
-Read your characters mind?
-Use hypnosis on them?
-Turn into them with hypnosis to mess with other people?
A simple yes or no will do for each, no real detail needed! Unless you have something to add to it, I guess. And of course I'll always ask before doing anything, so I won't go crazy if you say yes.
